One of one. Cut from vintage kantha — layers of reclaimed cotton hand-stitched with the dense running stitch that gives the cloth its rippled, lived-in depth. No two pairs will ever be the same.
What makes this pair sing is the colour split: one leg in mossy green washed with faded indigo-blue, the other in a soft dusky mauve, divided clean down the centre and met at the waist by panels of pale blue and rose. The whole body is run through with fine ivory kantha stitching that catches the light and carries the natural fades, blooms and tonal shifts of cloth that's already lived one life.
Cut as an easy, straight-leg trouser with a coconut-shell button at the front, belt loops, slant side pockets and a comfortable elasticated back waistband. A rear patch pocket is finished with a flash of rose and the Sequent label. The quilted kantha body gives them proper substance — a true three-season trouser with character built in.
